2. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about our journeys, read our Journal, and contact us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:
- send false information, or make an enquiry in someone else’s name without their permission;
- send spam, advertising or unsolicited messages through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or the systems connected to it;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the website through denial-of-service or similar means;

We may block access from anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Information on the website
We work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, it is for general information only:
- Journeys shown are examples of what we can arrange. Every journey is shaped around each guest and confirmed in a personal proposal. Itineraries, experiences, hotels, Saints and host families shown on the website may change.
- We do not publish prices on the website. The price of your journey is the price in your written proposal and booking confirmation.
- Information about visas, health, seasons and customs in our Before You Go guide and Journal is general guidance, not professional advice. Rules change, so please check official sources, such as the Government of India’s e-Visa website, your government’s travel advice and a travel health clinic, before you travel.
- Historical dates and descriptions are approximate and reflect the views of our historians. Scholars sometimes disagree.
4. Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, layout, logos (including The Travel Saints name, wordmark and insignia), journey descriptions, Journal stories and our own photographs, belongs to The Travel Saints or is used under licence. It is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as planning a journey or sending a link to someone you are travelling with. You may not copy, republish, sell, adapt or use any content commercially without our written permission.
Some photographs are used under licence from photographers and image libraries such as Unsplash. They are credited on our Image Credits page and remain the property of their owners.
Travel advisors who register with us may use the materials in our partner kit to promote our journeys, in line with the guidelines we provide.
Pilgrimages and its logo belong to THE TRAVEL SAINTS and are used with permission.
5. What you send us
When you send an enquiry, feedback, a review or a photograph, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us a review, story or photograph for us to publish, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it on our website, newsletter, social media and marketing materials, with credit to you if you wish. We will always ask before using a photograph that shows you or your family, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

The website links to other websites and services, including our sister site Pilgrimages (pilgrimages.in), WhatsApp, Calendly, social media and official government sites.
